How orders work
Every item on this site is listed on eBay. When you choose Buy on eBay, you place your order and pay on eBay. Your order is a contract between you and BR Trading Post, made under eBay’s rules and the details on the listing.
eBay also offers its own buyer protection, the eBay Money Back Guarantee. This is in addition to your legal rights.
Delivery
We post from the UK. The delivery options, costs and estimated delivery dates for each item are shown on its eBay listing before you pay. Cards are packed to protect them in the post.
Changing your mind
As a business seller, we follow the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. For most items bought online you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us within that time through eBay, then send the item back within 14 days. We’ll refund you within 14 days of getting it back, or of you showing us that you’ve sent it.
- Custom binders painted to your own design or personalised for you aren’t covered by the 14-day right to cancel, because they’re made to your specification. Ready-made designs listed for anyone to buy are covered.
- Sealed product can be returned unopened. If it has been opened beyond what you need to check it, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value, as the law allows.
- Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you pay the cost of sending it back.
Faulty or not as described
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, items must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If something isn’t, contact us through eBay. You’re entitled to a full refund if you reject it within 30 days of delivery, and to a repair, replacement or refund after that. We’ll cover the cost of returning a faulty item.
